MYP Assessment Rubrics for Quick Reference 2015­2016 This guide was created in response to parents who would like more detailed information about each of the assessment criteria for the MYP courses on offer at Leo Baeck Day School, including the Community Project and the new Interdisciplinary Unit involving Visual Art and Design the Grade 8’s completed this year. In the Middle Years Programme, courses become discipline based, and as such, each have discipline specific assessment criteria. Please note: The descriptors for each criterion in each course change as students move through the MYP. The rubrics provided here are the ones used for the end of MYP 2 and for MYP 3 (Grades 7 and 8). In other words, the expectations for each criterion gets more challenging as the student moves through the MYP. All rubrics are direct reproductions of the material presented in each MYP subject guide produced by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) as found on the IB Online Curriculum Centre.
